My son had an X-ray this afternoon, May 16th (3:20 pm). I find the service regarding the delivery of the results extremely poor. When they schedule the appointment, they say the images will be sent the same day, but I have to contact them via WhatsApp, which they never answer, to get them sent. They don't answer the phones either; they just ring until the call drops, or sometimes they pick up and hang up immediately. From the moment they receive payment for the procedure, they should request an email address or WhatsApp number to send the results directly. You are providing a service; the user shouldn't have to beg for a response to get the results. Your reason for being is the customer, and poor service can ruin a business that has been in business for so many years. Quality service equals satisfied customers; poor service equals negative publicity and dissatisfied customers, in addition to the delay in making decisions regarding the patient who had the diagnostic procedure. As of now (9:40 pm), it has not been possible to rule out a fracture and determine the appropriate course of action.

I don't know how this place is still open to the public. It should be shut down. It's truly a place where their only interest is profit. They have absolutely NO human decency. Never have an endoscopy or colonoscopy done at this place if you don't want to experience one of the most unpleasant moments of your life. They don't even let one patient leave the examination room before performing the same procedure on another patient. 😳😳😳

My complaint is directed at Dr. Diego Alejandro Arboleda, as this was the first (and last) time I used this institution, so I can't comment on the other services. I scheduled an abdominal ultrasound seven days in advance, for which one must fast and drink six glasses of water an hour before the procedure, and one cannot have a bowel movement beforehand. I waited for the doctor for 40 minutes, holding it in until I couldn't anymore and had to go. The receptionist told me I should drink the six glasses of water again; however, after an hour, the doctor still hadn't arrived, so I requested a refund. As I was leaving, the person I believe to be the doctor was entering, and to my surprise, he came in with the utmost slowness. Doctor, we are patients, we are sick, and we deserve respect, not only for holding in our urine, but also for the hunger, the time, and the money we spent to get there. I question whether he really wants to practice medicine because he doesn't seem to have the values a doctor should have; he's irresponsible, and I ask him to have respect for his patients.

The reception staff has significant areas for improvement. Upon arrival, I greeted them politely, but received no response or clear guidance. I explained the reason for my visit, and they simply told me to wait for the doctor to examine me, without giving me a form, informing me of the approximate wait time, or explaining the process. This creates a great deal of uncertainty, especially when one arrives for a medical emergency. On the other hand, I want to commend the medical staff very positively. This isn't the first time I've come for an emergency, and I've always received humane, respectful, and professional treatment. It's clear they know what they're doing, and thanks to their care, I was able to return home in much better condition. I believe that improving the reception staff would ensure the patient experience is consistent with the high quality of the medical service.

In November 2019, I accompanied a friend to a medical appointment because she was experiencing severe pain below her navel. The doctor had her take off her bra to examine her breasts and then told her she was fine and to take some pain medication. To my surprise, my friend had an ectopic pregnancy and had to be transferred to another hospital for surgery. I'm sharing this because I had lost my health insurance coverage, and they recommended this place, whose name I couldn't recall. When I searched online, I found negative reviews from most patients, and I verified the location, which is indeed the same place.
