The entire staff, from the receptionist to the nurses, the trainee doctor, and Dr Ana María Rebolledo, took the time to thoroughly examine our children with great care. Dr Ana María conducted a meticulous examination and explained the children’s condition to us with clarity and patience, addressing many of our doubts and confusions. Additionally, the treatment she prescribed started working immediately. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the care we received. Without a doubt, Colombia and Pasto have top-notch medical specialists.

Dr. Rebolledo really surprised me in a bad way. She has an extremely arrogant attitude and no empathy whatsoever for her patients. From the beginning, it was clear she was eager to finish the appointment. She was only in the office for five minutes. The rest of the time, the patient was seen by someone else. The consultation cost 230,000 pesos, which, considering the time spent and the quality of care, is terrible. In her haste, the doctor didn't let the patient speak. The experience was truly disastrous and even humiliating, as she treated us in a completely unprofessional manner. In contrast, I wholeheartedly recommend dermatologist Carol Chamorro here in Pasto. There, we found dedicated and meticulous care with a truly professional and comprehensive approach. Don't waste your money and your peace of mind with Dr. Rebolledo.

I requested an appointment back in September since I live abroad. The day before, they changed the time, and I couldn't make it. Then they gave me another appointment and told me there were no openings until January, when I'm no longer here. The people who schedule appointments are completely inefficient. I've been seeing Dr. Ana Maria for three years, but after this incident, I won't be continuing with her. The appointment scheduling service is terrible; I don't recommend it.
