I had a great experience with Dr. Carlos de la Roche. He was very kind and explained everything to me in English, which was very helpful since Spanish is not my first language. I had been struggling with dermatitis for a long time without being able to control it properly in my home country. After seeing him, it has improved tremendously and is now under control most of the time. He explained that it may not disappear 100%, but I feel much better and have it almost completely under control. Thank you, Doctor! I hope to come back for another visit.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Carlos de la Roche for a skin check, and I can confidently say he is one of the best dermatologists I’ve ever encountered. He is an excellent professional with truly impressive knowledge in dermatology. From the moment I walked in, he gave me a complete, clear, and detailed medical explanation about my moles, answering every question with patience and expertise. What truly surprised me was how quickly he diagnosed my conditions just by looking at my skin: he immediately identified rosacea and keratosis pilaris (“piel de gallina”) without needing any extra tests. He was incredibly honest and transparent, telling me that right now I don’t need to remove any moles, something that saved me unnecessary procedures. He even mentioned that in the United States they would have probably pushed for extractions and charged me a fortune. Beyond his medical skill, what really sets him apart is his genuine professionalism combined with the warm, human touch of his entire team. Everyone at the clinic is kind, attentive, and makes you feel truly cared for. If you’re in Cali or anywhere nearby and looking for a dermatologist you can trust, I highly recommend Dr. Carlos de la Roche. Five stars without hesitation, he’s the real deal!

I have been seeing Dr. Roche for more than 8 years now and I must say that he is the only dermatologist that have found solutions for my skin care. Dr Roche and his team are highly professional, helpful and kind. I travel from the states for all my controls with him so that definitely says a lot about his knowledge, experience in the field of dermatology. Dr De La Roche is the best dermatologist! He is very professional, experienced and excellent human being. Great attention to detail and never disappoints. I have been going to him for over 10 yrs and fly from Miami just to see him 2-3 times a yr. Tatiana, and his assistants are great as well and very accommodating and super helpful.. can’t say enough GOOD things about him and his staff.

I love Dr DelaRoche.. I have been going for many years.. I live abroad and each year I go .. he has helped me with my adult acne (12 years ago.. gone now), my rosacea which he keeps under control and lastly my spots.. I cant thank him enough, pricing is great and I also have had over the years: botox, some lasers and facials! Staff is amazing, Tatiana is the best! Thank you Dermalaser! Very recommended!
