Belladonna Spa

This place is DIRTY! I took a 3h package but didn’t do the jacuzzi because it was not clean. When I mentioned, they changed me to the biggest jacuzzi and it was very dirty as well. Even the floor was full of dirty shoe steps… When you are walking barefoot this is gross. Too bad because the place was kind of cute. The service massage, chocolate and exfoliant was good. Although I asked to not use the gloves and during the chocolate thing she put them on. The facial was just ok. I felt it was barely rinsed in between the different products and felt sticky and not clean. The temperature of each room were off… Facial was sweaty hot and I asked to have AC but didn’t get it, than massage room was cold, the place to take a drink was very hot. There was no hot water in the shower and the jacuzzi water was also cold. It was not a pleasant experience. The music was not relaxing at all (american pop or sometimes soft rock) and the light were way too intense and overstimulating to be a relaxed experience. For the massage part it got a little better but you hear the jacuzzi filling up the entire massage period which takes away again from the relaxing moment. The receptionist couldn’t care less. The lady who did my facial was good and massage too. I can’t recall if it was the same person. Once I told her I couldn’t use the jacuzzi the service got non existant… They didn’t even tell me if it was finished or not, didn’t say bye, sorry for the inconvenience… Nothing! The small chocolate brownie pieces were so dry I couldn’t eat them. Overall, a very disappointing experience!! I will never ever go back and will convince anybody not to go to this place.

I want to congratulate Belladona Spa Cañaveral because I've had several procedures done there and have always had a very good experience. The staff in charge of the different services is excellent, very professional, and attentive. Furthermore, the facilities are spectacular, and it's clear they have highly qualified personnel for each procedure. I've visited several times and had different treatments, so I can say that overall the service has been very satisfactory and the results have been very good. As an observation for improvement, I think it's important to mention that the two receptionists don't reflect the same friendliness and attentiveness as the rest of the team. On several occasions, I've found them to be a bit rude and unfriendly. Even when asked about procedures or treatments, they respond curtly and unfriendly. I believe this aspect should be addressed, since reception is the first contact we clients have with the place and greatly influences the initial experience. Otherwise, I'm very happy with the attention and professionalism of the team.

Wow, I highly recommend it! I was totally blown away. I left feeling brand new 🤤 Between the service and the massages, 100/10. If I ever get stressed about work again, I know exactly what to do. Thank you so much!

Terrible place, I don't recommend it. I went last Sunday and the service was truly disappointing in several ways. First, the facial was poorly done. The person who attended to me was far too rough during the blackhead extraction, to the point of injuring my skin. As a result, I was left with visible marks and blemishes, which is unacceptable and demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism. Additionally, the customer service was very poor, lacking both friendliness and care. Regarding the facilities, the shower area before the jacuzzi is unsafe: the floor is extremely slippery and has no non-slip surface whatsoever. In fact, I fell, which is a serious issue that they should fix urgently. On the other hand, what they offer as a "cocktail" isn't really a cocktail, but simply passion fruit juice. The brownies they offer were dry and looked stale. Overall, it was a very negative experience, with poor service, bad attention, and unsafe conditions. I absolutely do not recommend it.
