Expectacular
The worst in the world. The worst in Medellín. They made my dad come all the way from Ciudad Bolívar, which is 3 hours away from Medellín, for a transthoracic echocardiogram, and when we went to the appointment, it turned out they had scheduled a ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) instead. They never answer the phone, customer service does nothing for the users, they don't care that you live far away, they don't care that you have to change your entire routine because of a mistake made by such incompetent staff. They're supposed to be 24 hours a day and they never answer, they never reply to emails. They're supposed to be a departmental leader and they provide terrible service. Awful service. Not recommended at all. What clueless and arrogant administrative staff.
I think they paid to get a better star rating on Google Maps. Neither WhatsApp (they never have agents available), nor calls (the phone is never available even if you call in the middle of the night to rehearse), nor emails—there's no way to get a medical appointment. Honestly, this is a nightmare. Even filing a complaint with the health authority doesn't help. Communication is IMPOSSIBLE.
I took my dad for his first neurology appointment, and we were more than satisfied with the attention, speed, punctuality, friendliness, and kindness from everyone, from the doorman to the doctor who saw him. The facility is spotless; there are no long lines or crowded waiting areas. The order and efficiency with which they attend to their patients is remarkable. It's clear they truly put all their effort into providing excellent care. I should mention that we didn't even have to make an appointment because they called us to schedule it. Sincerely, my sincere congratulations and thanks to you all. Arriving at a place and receiving such great service is very satisfying. These are the kinds of things that should be replicated.
