My blood work was reviewed and explained well in advance, and I was given every resource and piece of guidance needed to set me up for success and help prevent complications. I was walked through the entire process well in advance. Traveling from abroad and feeling so genuinely taken care of made the entire experience even more special and meaningful. The level of support didn’t stop after surgery. The post-operative care was outstanding. From the nurses and doctors to the administrative team and drivers, especially Angela, Dra. He ensures you’re well cared for every step of the way. The recovery process have been exceptional. Loraine and the entire team were super friendly, supportive, and helpful throughout. I felt so comfortable with her that I even decided to treat myself to some additional aesthetic care, such as Botox and other top-notch treatments like Ultherapy and Radiesse. These extra touches made me feel pampered and rejuvenated. In addition to the incredible care I received from Dr. Alan, Dr. Veronica, and the rest of the team, I must mention Dr. Donaldo, the anesthesiologist. Prior to my surgery, he personally called me to review my blood work results and explain his role in the procedure. He took the time to ensure I understood exactly what would happen during the anesthesia process, which greatly eased my anxiety.
