Terrible! The wait for service is awful; you have to wait an hour to be seen, and the appointment only lasts 10 minutes. Making an appointment takes forever. The customer service is very poor, except for Ms. Bibiana at the window. The place has no ventilation and no space or chairs available. It's a shame to have to deal with an institution like this... And if you file a complaint, it makes no difference...

I had a negative experience at this optical center and I feel it's important to share it so others can be better informed before making a decision. While accompanying an elderly person, the procedure performed by Dr. Andrew Ivan caused me great concern due to his lack of hygiene and impatience with the patient. He placed a lens without cleaning his hands beforehand, and his handling of the patient during the examination was rough, despite our requests for greater care.
Furthermore, he was unfriendly towards the accompanying person when we tried to express our concern about how he was treating the patient. I believe that care for the elderly requires more empathy, hygiene, and discretion.
We are currently continuing the process only because the surgery has already been performed and we need to follow up with the necessary checkups. My recommendation is to research thoroughly before choosing this place and explore other available options. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE or this professional.

Since reviews aren't just about negative experiences, today I want to give 500 stars to the doctor who treated me, Dr. Rafael Andrés.
Of all the glaucoma specialists I've seen, he has been the most professional, empathetic, and kind.
Furthermore, from the moment I arrived, the security staff was very helpful, and the receptionists provided excellent service. The wait time was reasonable, without any long waits. Overall, the clinic offers top-notch service.

Not suitable for wheelchair users or walkers. They created a pathway for disabled people, but it ends at a platform in front of the main entrance, making access difficult and risking an accident for people in these conditions.

Terrible service. I requested an orthoptics appointment and they assigned it to me after a month of calling. When the day of the appointment arrived, it turned out they had booked an optometry appointment, which I clearly didn't request. Now I have to wait until the receptionist decides to help me because she says she'll call and ask me to make the appointment.
I presented the orthoptics referral and they still asked what I had requested.

The facilities are small for the number of people they intend to serve. There is no ventilation and, in many cases, the only access door that allows some ventilation is closed. The attention of the reception staff is inconvenient and very slow.

The attention at reception is horrible, Mrs. Elizabeth Díaz is very rude and speaks to patients in a despotic manner, with a bad face and attitude. In addition to this, they do not comply with scheduled appointment times. The eye center page has no pqr.

The staff's attention is very attentive and careful. The specialists are very restrained and concerned about the patient's well-being. They are not afraid to order additional tests. I felt very well cared for. Thank you.
