I visited this spa during my vacation in Medellín, and it was one of the highlights of my trip. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional from the moment I walked in. My massage was exceptional—relaxing, skillful, and exactly what I needed after days of exploring the city. The atmosphere was peaceful, clean, and beautifully designed. I left feeling refreshed and completely renewed. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Medellín.

I booked a couple's massage. Booking on-line was easy; however, information provided with the package was off compare to what it was covered. Massage therapists were great. Place clean and comfortable. Except the showers and bathrooms were not private. After exfoliation they took us to the roof top pool (public area) to shower. Me and my fiancé felt very uncomfortable. Very unexpected for high in hotel spa.

The experience I had at this place was magical. From the moment I entered the hotel, the service was excellent; they treat you like a VIP, which feels wonderful. The massage therapist who attended to me was very professional, always attentive to my comfort, and her soft, delicate hands led me to experience one of the most relaxing moments of my life. The Zen stones and all the elements that accompanied this trip were perfect. The only downside was that the session I booked was two and a half hours long, but it felt like only 15 minutes passed. 100% recommended!! Follow me for more tips 😄🚀

Typical facial (so I'm told) - prepare yourself for some torture in the form of scraping your face/nose - but that's apparently what the deep cleaning is all about. Very nice people and the place is nice as well.
