Terrible service, they make you pay as if you were a private doctor, even though I'm already paying social security due to portability issues with my EPS (health insurance provider). I absolutely do not recommend them; they're useless.

Terrible service. On September 19th, I had a breast exam, which I urgently needed for a gynecological evaluation and biopsies of the detected lumps. The doctor's assistant who performed the exam mixed up the report; the findings for the right breast were written for the left, and vice versa. The next day, I had a gynecological appointment through my EPS (health insurance provider), but they rejected the exam. I now have to start the process with the EPS, wait for them to perform the ultrasound again, and wait a month and a half to see the gynecologist again.

When I complained to this IPS (healthcare provider), the assistant who made the mistake refused to accept it and got angry with me for complaining and because, supposedly, everyone makes mistakes. I wonder... What kind of people do they hire? What kind of training do they have? To make a mistake in something as important as health. Furthermore, I personally went to their PRIVATE services to expedite the process with the EPS, only to end up losing my money, my time, and having my health jeopardized.

Additionally, I wonder... What would have happened if I hadn't checked that the diagnosis had been switched and the health insurance company had ordered a biopsy of the wrong breast?

A total lack of responsibility and incompetence, and I want to emphasize again... The most outrageous thing was the assistant's response; she almost hit me because she's incapable of admitting a mistake or handling a customer.

Her response was that they don't give refunds and that they changed the test, but only after I no longer needed it because I had already had my appointment with the gynecologist.

I had been to this place before and was getting quotes for other services, as I was interested in them since I work nearby and require those medical services. It's a shame that the lack of professionalism of one employee leads to such a bad experience.

I went to a cardiologist appointment that cost 200,000. He ordered approximately nine tests and took my blood pressure. I was in his office for less than 10 minutes. I had all the tests done at this clinic, and to my surprise, when I wanted the doctor to review the tests he himself had ordered, THEY DEMANDED I PAY ANOTHER 180,000!! I'VE NEVER HEARD OF ANYTHING LIKE IT! I MEAN, 400,000 JUST FOR THE DOCTOR, PLUS THE 780,000 FOR ALL THE TESTS. IN THE END, OUT OF DIGNITY, I DECIDED TO SEEK HELP ELSEWHERE....

I went to a physiotherapy appointment. The place is very new, but they don't have all the necessary equipment. I found it very unprofessional that they didn't warm up the affected area beforehand with hot compresses. For now, I wouldn't recommend this place.
