I want to express my sincere gratitude to Viva Spa Poblado for their attentiveness and excellent customer service. Although I wasn't personally satisfied with my massage, the team handled the situation very professionally and kindly.

They initially offered to repeat the massage free of charge to ensure I had a better experience, but since I was traveling the next day and they were fully booked, they decided to issue a refund.

I truly appreciate it when a business genuinely cares about its customers and strives to resolve situations in the best way possible. That level of attention, honesty, and professionalism speaks volumes about you.

Had a great massage with Lus. She worked hard to give me a strong massage. She said I had a bit of tension..understatement. Very welcoming environment, lucky got a 1hr slot from walking in. Highly recommend.

I visited this spa a decade ago. You guys, this is hands down to the best spa treatment I've ever had in my life. Ive been hunting for this spa ever since, and my friend was able to locate it (thank god). So to make it short, I went with a group of friends. They all got a standard massage and twist my arm, I had to get the chocolate one since that was the only room left. I had no idea what to expect and I was certain I was about to die when they pulled out a bag the size of my body, but you guys....after being covered in raw chocolate I would have gone happily. The smell of the raw cacao literally forces the spit to the side of your mouth and forms a smile so strong, it wraps behind your ears. It's an explosion of bliss. I think about the experience regularly and will be back asap to wiggle in a bag of chocolate.

I’ve been going to Viva Spa consistently for the past four months, getting weekly massages with the same therapist. They came highly recommended to me while I was recovering from an accident, and they’ve absolutely delivered.

The staff is kind, professional, and welcoming. You’re treated with care from the moment you walk in. The massages themselves are exceptional. Deep tissue, highly intuitive, and clearly performed by therapists who understand the body, not just technique. Each session feels intentional and customized, not routine.

I’ve recommended Viva Spa to many people already and will continue to do so. If you’re serious about recovery, maintenance, or simply high-quality bodywork, this place is the real deal.

Service was amazing, massage was amazing, and the staff was amazing! Scheduled my next appointment the next day that's how good it was. Everyone was just very pleasant and I think that's what brought me in the most and the prices are amazing! Thank you Luz for an amazing service, went back for my second service with leidy had the hot stone massage. This places was great that's all I need to say!
