The receptionists are terrible. They treat you with sarcasm, give you dirty looks, speak loudly, and even make fun of you. In contrast, the doctor treats you with basic human decency, even when he's tired.
Terrible service. I've been waiting 20 days for the results. When you call the hotline, they don't provide proper assistance... and they take forever to answer. With the technology available, I'm going to have to go to the office to claim the results, because the user account isn't active on the website and they're not offering any solutions.
Booking an appointment via WhatsApp is very easy, and when I went to the office I received very clear information regarding the requested exam; they were very understanding and patient when performing the exam.
My husband had an MRI on October 11th, which was rated -0. They told us to check the results within 5 business days, and it's now January 29th. Their response is that the machine broke down and they don't have the images. My husband has surgery scheduled for February 5th, and they only have the written report. I imagine they charged the health insurance company (EPS) for the exam as if they had provided the service, even though they haven't given us the results.
I was nervous about this place because of the reviews, but my experience was very positive! They were all kind and helpful and answered my questions since I wasn't familiar with the procedure here. A wait time of 3-4 days for results is longer than I'd prefer but still very reasonable. Note - I didn't make the appointment, my insurance company did, so I can't comment on their service in that way.
