The machine they use to analyze bodily organs yields interesting results; but the answer for 'everything' is to prescribe two key products: ionic detox and vitamin C serum. They don't actually recommend any natural medicine. Conclusion: good general diagnosis, zero real treatment.
Excellent care; the doctor gave me a very good explanation of the treatment and answered many of my questions. The nurses were very kind. I feel my health has improved tremendously, and I thank God and the staff at Vida Plena. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.
I want to express my gratitude for the hard work and dedication of this wonderful team, starting with the kind gentleman who opened the door for me every day during my last trip to Bogotá; the receptionists who greeted me with a diligent smile (whether I arrived on time, a little early, or late); Dr. Leoncio Portillo, who examined me and adjusted his schedule and treatment to achieve the best results during the six days I had left in Bogotá; the nurses who, at each session, administered IV fluids, drew blood, and performed other procedures, turned off the lights, and pulled out my chair so I felt more than cared for—I was pampered every moment. And of course, THANK YOU to my physical therapist, Yalin, who gave her all to help my knee loosen up and release the tension, and who not only did everything she could while I was in Bogotá but also helped me get authorization to continue my treatment virtually in my home country. Sometimes we appreciate the capacity for service, the ethical and professional commitment of Colombians even more when we're far away. Thank you, because I'm not in any pain anymore and I'm getting better every day!
Terrible service. I made an appointment for hyperbaric chamber therapy at the same time as my mother, specifying that I had no more time available and only one hour. When I arrived, they told me there was no space because other people were late. This is a lie because there was a foreigner (an American) who was scheduled for my appointment time, and because he was trying to make a sale, they gave him my 30 minutes, which was part of my allotted time. I clearly heard him say he paid for 30 minutes and they gave him my time, disrespecting my schedule. What a lack of respect for other people's time! It's not the fault of the person who arrives late, but of the person serving them who arrives late and wastes other people's time. It's outrageous. I do not recommend this place, and I deeply regret buying a package of six sessions here. I've only been able to do one session, and I have to leave the country and haven't been able to do anything here. On top of everything else! Beware, the invoices state that they don't give refunds. But I will pursue this to the very end to get my money back.
