Excellent service from all the staff, especially Lorena at the 3rd floor reception, the person who performed the urodynamic procedure, and Dr. Luis Jorge Gutiérrez. They are all wonderful people. I hadn't considered the preparation for the exam, and they were very attentive and were able to wait for me to perform the procedure later. My sincere congratulations to the entire team.
They don't provide good service. There are unjustified delays without explanation, and the staff shows no interest in resolving the issues. There are elderly people who have been waiting for hours without being given a reason, without being seen despite having a scheduled appointment. They need to improve their processes because a healthcare provider like this leaves much to be desired. In my case, I waited more than 40 minutes past my scheduled time, having arrived 20 minutes early—that's more than an hour's wait. I asked what was happening, and they gave no explanation. I had to leave without being seen. What terrible service...
It was awful. During a pelvic floor stimulation therapy session, the operator, Amanda Romero, left me alone in the chair with the heat setting extremely high and the temperature almost unbearable. She told me to let her know if I felt unwell. She arrived almost 18 minutes later and said she didn't know why it was so hot and that I should have gotten up and told her. She added that she then took me to a doctor who said there was no problem. In most cases, with some exceptions, the service at Urobosque is terrible. It starts with the person who does the initial screening. Sura EPS, please take note.
