Who do they think they are, daring to scold a companion who wasn't rude at any point, and then mocking him during the consultation? That's the kind of professional they are.
And on top of everything, they're playing dumb about the authorizations.

It's very unfortunate that this site doesn't include a phone number. A website you can't contact is pointless.
