I traveled to Colombia alone, but from the moment I arrived, I never felt alone. The entire team at my dental office welcomed me like family and made my experience unforgettable.
From day one, they got straight to work while making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. My doctor Dr. Nicolas Roa was exceptional— he explained my entire treatment plan in detail before I even arrived and answered every question with patience and professionalism. After each appointment, the team checked on me regularly to make sure I was recovering well. They made sure I had the right medications, although I honestly didn't even need them because I experienced little to no pain.
Their care went far beyond my dental treatment. Since it was my first time visiting Colombia, they recommended places to visit, helped me find an affordable Airbnb through their trusted connections, provided clear payment documentation, and made sure I felt safe and supported throughout my seven-day stay.
The quality of their work is outstanding, but what truly sets them apart is the genuine care they have for their patients. They treat you like family, not just another appointment.

After years of intense dental anxiety, I can genuinely say my experience at Unidad Odontofacial exceeded every expectation I had. From the moment I walked through the doors, every single staff member treated me with kindness, patience, and compassion that immediately put me at ease.
I came in needing a root canal and multiple cavities filled, fully expecting stress and discomfort. Instead, each dentist who worked on me was incredibly gentle, highly skilled, informative, and reassuring throughout every step of the process. They took the time to explain everything clearly, never making me feel rushed or dismissed.
One thing that especially stood out was how accommodating they were for non Spanish speaking patients. I do not speak Spanish, and they provided high quality translation headphones that translated conversations in real time throughout my appointments. It made communication seamless and allowed me to feel informed, comfortable, and fully included in my care every step of the way.
What truly amazed me was that I was able to complete all of the care I needed, including a cleaning and whitening, without needing additional medication to manage my anxiety. That alone speaks volumes about the environment and level of care they provide.
The efficiency, professionalism, and detail they put into developing my treatment plan was absolutely top tier. You can feel that this clinic genuinely cares about both the quality of their work and the comfort of their patients.

I wanted to wait a week before I made an honest review. What can I say about this place other than leaving a very satisfied customer! Dr Hector & Dr Luisa were true professionals providing me much needed dental work in their state of the art facility. The Odontologist office was very clean, the equipment was state of the art & modern; couldn't have asked for a cleaner environment. mMy diagnosis was a desperately needed cleaning several fillings that needed to be either replaced or filled & a corona placed as well. Dr Luisa's gentle but firm touch ensured i received a fantastic cleaning but my mouth was sore the next several days whatsoever. All that work for well under 2000$ was an absolute delight. The service was phenomenal & expedient! I HIGHLY recommend this place if you're coming from the states & visiting Bogotá.

Just had a great experience at Unidad Odontofacial while visiting Bogota and wanted to give them a quick shoutout. The whole team was super friendly and made me feel really comfortable, which I definitely appreciate because I'm not usually a fan of dental visits.
Fernanda was simply awesome, she explained everything in a way that made sense and checked in throughout the appointment to make sure I was doing okay. The procedure went smoothly and didn't feel rushed at all.
Scheduling was easy, wait time was minimal and they even followed up afterward to check on how I was feeling. Overall, I left feeling well cared for and confident in their expertise.
The facility itself is really clean and modern, the office staff (Sandra) and doctors Carlos, Fernanda and Alejandra were very professional. Honestly, the easiest and most chill dentist appointment I've had in a while. Definitely planning to stick with them!
