The building is fine, and the elevators are good. But the parking, besides being very expensive, only accepts cash. (From 7:00 AM to 9:34 AM, I paid 22,700 pesos.) And while I went to Las Vegas to withdraw money, they charged me 4,300 pesos more than I already owed. On December 24th, I had an appointment and brought a 100-peso bill to avoid a repeat of last time. When I arrived, there were staff at the parking ticket window, but when I left, it turned out the machine didn't accept 100-peso bills. There were no businesses open that would exchange the bill, and they didn't accept any other form of payment. They held me against my will for almost an hour. They locked my car door and offered no solutions. I offered an account number for a transfer; they wanted me to go to an ATM, but I had no way to withdraw money. I was about to call the police for kidnapping when they finally figured out how to exchange the bill and deduct the payment, including the extra hour they held me. They are abusive, with no solutions or payment options. DIAN should monitor these cash-only establishments.

I've had many dates in this tower, and it's very nice to arrive here. Plus, there's a food area when you enter... so you know.

There's only one payment point to pay for parking for the entire building, payment is cash only, and you have to wait in line for almost 10 minutes to pay.

The parking lot at the Salud Vegas Medical Tower is a complete disgrace. It's outrageous that with the exorbitant and blatantly high rates they charge, they offer such a mediocre and poorly managed service. It's unacceptable that in a place with such high foot traffic, especially on Saturdays when we all know demand increases, the payment system is so chaotic, slow, and inefficient, and on top of that, they have insufficient staff to serve the users. It's a complete mockery of those of us forced to pay ridiculously high prices for parking, and in the end, what we get is an experience full of endless lines, absurd delays (only two payment points, and one is closed), and appalling service that only generates frustration, discomfort, and wasted time. The least one would expect from such an abusive charge is efficiency, speed, and convenience, but here it seems the only thing that matters is collecting money, without the slightest regard for the quality of service. The parking garage at the Las Vegas Medical Tower should be a model of order and functionality, but instead, it has become a symbol of disorganization, improvisation, and administrative negligence. There is no planning, no consideration for the user, and no effective solutions. It's simply a business that exploits customers without giving anything back in terms of quality. It is urgent that they change their parking policies, implement an efficient and fair payment system, increase staffing on peak days, and understand once and for all that it's not just about charging high prices, but about offering a service that justifies what they demand. In its current state, this parking garage is not only an economic rip-off, but also a lack of respect for people's time and dignity. I recommend visiting the site by a different means of transportation, not your own car. They must be so brazen that if your vehicle arrives damaged, they won't take responsibility.
