For me, it was an excellent clinic 👌 but on Friday, October 17, 2025, they sent us from one place to another. They said the lab wasn't taking blood samples, only serving cancer patients. An 82-year-old woman and her 50-year-old daughter with a cane told us to go to the Arkadia building, to the 4th floor, and from there to 5A. They told us we had to change the doctor's order and then made us go all the way to San Diego and take another bus 🚕. What for? We arrived and couldn't do anything because the system crashed. What everyone who has a job always says, but wants to earn money sitting around doing nothing, while we, the users, are the ones who have to suffer the consequences. Today, October 21, 2025, we had to go out to see if we could change that order, and tomorrow my mother has to take the tram to get her blood drawn because the appointment is on October 30, 2025. We live in Belén Los Alpes in Medellín, and we have to travel from one end of the city to the other, as if we had a lot of money. I'm telling you, Clínica de las Américas de las 80, please attend to people who don't have cancer. Get more staff and equipment for this. For taking blood and urine samples, and not just for those with Sura EPS, but also for those with Salud Total EPS. And I implore you, a person with a mental and physical disability, please open your hearts more ❤️ towards people with other EPSs. We all have the right to a good life. I ask you, if your parents... If they did this, would they like to see their parents without breakfast until 12:30 and having to come all the way from San Diego to prepare lunch because they spent all their taxi money? It's a shame because the famous Clínica de las Américas on 80th Street doesn't have a lab to draw blood and receive urine and stool samples. That's why I'm calling it this, so they pay attention. I know several doctors there; they're well-known. I feel sad for the people because we weren't the only ones.

The service for SOAT (mandatory traffic accident insurance) emergencies and fractures or accidents is terrible. They should inform people that they don't handle minor emergencies here. A traffic accident takes up to 12 hours to resolve. They should immediately transfer patients or tell the APH (Hospital Prehospital Care) agencies not to bring people here...

The service from the secretaries and customer service representatives is terrible. They are rude, ill-mannered, and lack empathy. I called once to ask about the process for requesting my medical records, as the doctor didn't give them to me when I left the office, and they never responded; they just hung up on me and told me to check with my health insurance provider. What awful service.

They have no ethics. My mother went to an appointment with her health insurance provider (EPS) and, claiming their system was down, they referred her to a private doctor. Instead of the $4,500 co-payment, they charged her $265,000.
