Terrible service. They don't answer calls to landlines or cell phones. Their WhatsApp automation is awful; in two days they've assigned me five different advisors and none of them are helpful.

Terrible service, and unfortunately, we have to comply with this order from EPS Sanitas. The abysmal service begins with the impossibility of obtaining an appointment for the ordered procedure by phone because the cell phone number listed on the website keeps telling the user, after ringing for an excessive amount of time, to leave a message, which is also impossible. And the disrespect towards the user is that they tell them to submit their request via WhatsApp, which they never answer. It is important that all of us users send complaints to the Superintendency.

Terrible service. I called the landline and the number didn't come through, and to top it off they gave me WhatsApp numbers where that doesn't work. I've been trying to book an appointment for a while now and I can't.
