I booked a hydrafacial, but it was not really a hydrafacial. They clean and steam your face, they put lots of products on your face. They have a machine to vacuum your pores, a machine to scrape blackheads, a handheld red-light, and a machine that does small electric shocks. It is a good facial, but it is not a hydrafacial. If you want a hydrafacial dont come here because they do not have a hydrafacial machine. They will take your money and give you a service you did not agree upon in exchange.

I had a massage here in August. I’d suggest confirming in advance what’s included and letting the therapist know where you’d like them to focus, as no questions were asked about problem areas. The craniofacial massage is more of a mini facial — pleasant, but it should be explained beforehand, especially since some clients may have allergies. Very little time was spent on the back, which is usually the main focus of a deep tissue massage.

A couple of things could be improved: there was no towel provided (on the bed or to cover you ) unless you paid extra, the therapist checked her phone several times during the session, and the treatment lasted about 40–45 minutes rather than the full hour. With clearer communication and more professionalism, the experience could be much better.

I had a facial and massage and both were wonderful. Very relaxing. This is my second visit to Spazio de Vita and I will likely return on my future visits. Thanks so much!
