The service and attention are good, but they can improve the areas, is more like a family business spa, also in the package we bought the offer a lot of stuff like therapy with chocolate, massage with candle wax, exfoliation with coffee but we didn’t get it, can be also because we went without appointment so important do the appointment in advance and be clear about what will you get, again the staff was helpful attentive and kind, just a lot of things can be improve to reach the 5 stars.

We got the "luxurious" 3-hour package for a couple. Unfortunately, we left disappointed.
We spent more time in the steam room and sauna than we did getting a massage, which was the salient reason for our visit. The massage seemed to have only lasted maybe 15 minutes with light "relaxing" pressure, which left me still stiff and tense. The hot tub could have been cleaner, as couples are rotated through all the steps, so there is little time to clean between customers.

The lunch was served cold, and the salad consisted of mostly onion with old, withered lettuce. The juice was lacking flavor, being heavily diluted with water to make it last.

Overall, the staff were welcoming and kind, which is why I give 2 stars instead of 1.

We were able to speak with someone and book online for a massage for my friend and I. We booked two hours and the massage therapist both did a wonderful jobs. We ended going back multiple times due to how pleased we were with the service.

Tourist trap. Place is dirty. Wait lounge is a garage with an car. After 45 minutes for body massage and a face mask. I was charged 250000. You’ll get one towel. No bathroom shoes. Not worth a dime.
