I had blood tests done at this location and the service was excellent.
I was assisted by Ms. Milena, who was very patient, kind, and empathetic throughout the entire process.
Her approach made the procedure much more bearable and instilled a lot of confidence in me.

The website provides information that seems very reliable; however, upon arrival, the appointment did not adhere to the timeframes indicated on the website or via WhatsApp when scheduling.

190,000 pesos for a consultation of less than 30 minutes, all done far too quickly and without any tact during the exam, which was even more basic than what you'd find at a public health insurance provider (EPS).

Not to mention that I requested a different service altogether. It included an ultrasound that they hadn't scheduled, and now they're telling me I'd have to pay for the exam separately, with an additional 30,000 pesos on top of what I requested, because the person who scheduled the appointment made a mistake.

At first, I really enjoyed my experience here because of the women-centered care. However, when I recently had problems with a “UTI” I had a very bad experience here. The doctor continued to prescribe me antibiotics before getting my test results. It turned out I never even had a UTI. Now it’s been 4 months and my digestion is so bad because I have a bacterial imbalance and I am constantly constipated. They should have never prescribed so many antibiotics without knowing if this was my infection. It was like 3-4 rounds of antibiotics. Furthermore, they forget to book appointments with the same doctor so you end up with another doctor who doesn’t know about your history.
