The staff is very helpful and friendly. However, due to an administrative issue, it took me more than 3 hours to complete my work-related exams.

The service was terrible. It took 35 minutes to complete the private admissions process. The staff treated patients indifferently, there was no prioritization for private patients, and they didn't even know the estimated wait time for a doctor's appointment. A truly unpleasant experience.
