Don't waste your time; customer service is nonexistent.

Terrible experience. It's impossible to schedule an appointment: the phones are always busy, the WhatsApp bot asks you 20 questions only to tell you there are no agents available (even during business hours), and the website is incomplete.

Today, after 20 minutes on hold listening to my position in the queue, someone finally answered and hung up on me without saying a word. A complete lack of respect for patients' health. Look for another option if you don't want to waste your day trying to get through.

It's a very nice space, unfortunately the waiting times are not as scheduled; we had to wait 3 hours for a procedure for my mother to be seen, in addition the building's parking is very expensive and does not have an agreement with the clinic.
