The wait time is terrible, there's no one to guide users, the customer service is awful with the receptionists, they attend to people in order of arrival and it took me two hours just for the receptionist to call me, the whole morning is wasted doing the tests, the service center is worse than the EPS (health insurance provider).

Terrible service. Despite arriving early, the lines are endless and the wait times are ridiculously long. There's no organization, the process is slow, and no one provides proper guidance to users. It's frustrating to have to waste an entire morning for exams that only take a few minutes. I don't recommend this place if you value your time.

I like that it's spacious, but not big enough for the number of people who attend. Sometimes it's a bit disorganized, however, the service they provide is appreciated. I hope they improve this.
