I would like to share my bad experience at your spa, as it was disappointing and unprofessional. I was attended to by Dr. Carolina. Although I must admit that her service was "okay," there were several aspects that left me very uncomfortable and disappointed, which prevented me from getting the service I was looking for.

When it came time to pay, the receptionist, Carolina, attended to me with a shocking and unpleasant attitude. Her gestures and vague answers seemed disrespectful, especially when I didn't understand something.

What outraged me the most was seeing that Dr. Carolina asked them to perform the procedure, and none of them wanted to. Carolina (the receptionist) said she couldn't because she hadn't had lunch, and that they should put the other one on, but she simply refused. I FELT LIKE A PROBLEM, NOT A CUSTOMER.

Even though I was going to pay and buy packages, I decided to leave without the treatment. I left sad and discouraged, and I will try to get service at the Poblado location, hoping that the dignity and treatment will be much better there. It's not worth risking your privacy and comfort for a service that isn't provided with respect and professionalism.

I hope you take steps to improve customer service and patient privacy. I do not recommend this location.

I travel to Medellín regularly and always stop by Senzzes for my aesthetic treatments: facials, microneedling, Botox, peels, thread lifts, etc. I love the quality of the service. The doctor does an excellent job, is very kind, and the results are always natural, just as I want them. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been going to Senzzes for over a year, every time I visit Medellin. This is a remarkable clinic, Claudia always takes great care of me at the front desk, and Dr Olga is amazing. Their prices are excellent and the clinic is spotless.

What an amazing experience! The service is outstanding! Very affordable facials and the treatment from the staff to the doctors, was fabulous! My skin looks and feels soft and moisturized. I will keep coming back here 😁 thank you Senzzes for the amazing care and attention!
