TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The phone lines say the clinic opens at 7 am and is open on a first-come, first-served basis. I arrived at 7 am and the doctor in charge of opening hadn't arrived yet; she was stuck in traffic (there was no traffic chaos anywhere in the city). I waited 40 minutes and she never showed up. A complete lack of respect for the patients.
