I am the mother of patient Shellyann Andrea Miranda Panza. My daughter was hospitalized for 11 days, and I only have words of gratitude for this rehabilitation center. From day one, I felt a positive energy in this place, and God placed angels like the assistant María Correa. She is a truly virtuous person, full of empathy and love, as she always helped my daughter feel safe. Andrea, the social worker, is very kind and professional, full of wisdom, and assistants like Milena Imera—thank you to them for their patience and excellent care. Congratulations to the kitchen staff; my daughter ate everything thanks to their delicious cooking. And thank you to the psychiatrist, Andrés, for his attention. As a mother, I always felt confident in the care and instruction my daughter received, and I wholeheartedly recommend them because their team is very professional and compassionate.

In my experience as a patient, the hospital is poorly equipped to handle the large number of people coming and going. The food service is inadequate; they don't take into account the dietary needs of patients. Some of the patients are empathetic, while most of the staff seem to lack it. It's understandable that they don't allow intense affection in the institution, but haven't they considered that we need a little of it during our recovery?
