I had three ultrasound scans with two different doctors.

Dr. Indira Carrillo was excellent: professional, warm, very empathetic, and extremely detailed in the information she gave me during the scan.
Dr. Antonio Valle, for the abdominal and thyroid ultrasound, was an excellent doctor, meticulous, detail-oriented, and an expert in every step of the scan. I found him excellent. 🙏🏼🙏🏼 Thank you, Associated Radiologists, for such excellent service.

They assign priority appointments, but when it comes time to be seen, they don't take them into account. It's disrespectful. It would be better if they didn't assign priority appointments at all, so the patient knows they should expect to be seen in the regular order. This happened to me twice, once when I was seeing an 86-year-old woman who wasn't given any priority.

I was with my 8-year-old son for a urinary tract ultrasound, and I want to highlight the excellent care provided by the radiologist. I want to share my experience at Radiólogos Asociados because it was truly positive from beginning to end.

From the moment you arrive, the service is organized and friendly. The reception team greets you warmly, provides clear guidance, and makes the entire process efficient.

In our case, I traveled from Cartagena to Barranquilla for an evaluation of my grandmother, who had a previous Parkinson's diagnosis. As a family, we wanted to reconfirm the diagnosis with a specialist in movement disorders.

We had a consultation with Dr. Elkin Beltrán, and the experience was excellent. He is a very well-rounded professional who took the time to thoroughly investigate, listen attentively, and explain everything clearly and understandably. Furthermore, something I greatly appreciate is his compassionate nature.
