The worst customer service imaginable. They schedule appointments and see patients whenever and however they please. You can easily wait three hours for an appointment that's supposedly scheduled for a specific time.

Terrible service; they almost punctured a vein with the contrast agent. The results and report of the study don't match what other studies I've had done at other centers show, nor do they reflect my true state of health. They denied me access to the images, claiming they would go to the doctor's email.

Our appointment was terrible. We arrived early for a routine procedure. My elderly father, who has a physical disability and an areflexic bladder, was made to wait. Additionally, the bathroom is on the second floor, requiring a climb up stairs. I don't understand. We will complain to Seguros Bolivar; we came for a policy.
We arrived at 10:30 AM. They took us to a VIP room without a bathroom, and the appointment was at 10:50 AM. I mentioned his disability and the need for a bladder ultrasound, but unfortunately, the patient couldn't hold it, and by 11:30 AM they still hadn't seen him.

I didn't understand the policy. They tell you to wait seated after you hand over the document. My patient is an elderly person who has spent a whole day preparing for the 7:10 appointment. The order is second in line, and at 7:30, I go over to see what's happening. They tell me they haven't been paid yet. I pay, and they put the order last. Is it because I went over, or is there a preference? I didn't understand.
