It's like a private health insurance company. The doctors go out for lunch and it takes two hours. Terrible service.

The IPS (healthcare provider) is very slow; they take a long time to attend to you. I had an appointment at 11 and they left me waiting for about 4 hours.

I took a number, and after two hours the receptionist told me they weren't receiving notifications about the requested numbers and that it was my fault for not checking. There was no sign indicating that the numbers weren't valid. The receptionist's attitude was unprofessional; instead of explaining the problem or apologizing for the poor service, she mocked me.

Excellent service. I had my medical exams for my driver's license (CRC) done there, and the specialists in the different areas who attended to me were incredibly kind. The service from the other staff members, such as the one in charge of uploading the data to the RUNT system, was exceptional. I highly recommend them for driver's license medical exams. They start seeing patients before 7:00 AM (super early), and the price is more affordable than at other authorized CRC centers.

The optometry, audiometry, and sample collection services are excellent. However, it's unacceptable that we have to wait three to four hours for a medical exam. It's been four years and it's always the same.
