I've called many times and they never answer, what's the point of having that customer service line?

I had a terrible experience with the specialist (orthopedist) who saw me. Instead of helping me, all he kept saying was, "What do you want me to do? Do you want me to send you for a knee replacement? Do you want me to send you to a hand surgeon for surgery? They'll operate on you right away, or what do you want me to send you?" He seemed to be scolding me, and in the end, he sent me home with a prescription for an injection. Here I am with a swollen knee, wearing a brace because I can't walk, and the doctor didn't even order a follow-up appointment. The worst experience of my life

My child was diagnosed with a brain tumor and is losing mobility. The new health insurance provider (EPS) scheduled an appointment with a pediatric neurologist and informed us that Promedan would be handling the case. We called on December 10, 2020, but the appointment was unavailable. They told us they had 30 days to schedule it, and we have called several times, with promises to call us back. I filed a complaint with the Superintendency of Health, but we still haven't been able to get an appointment. One star is too much for the service I've received.

Promedan Ips Amagá is the most annoying thing... On repeated occasions they have attended my appointments 1 hour late and that's because I go to the office to find out if they are going to see me, one day I had two appointments in a row on the same day and each one was attended to an hour late, meaning I lost two more hours.

My wife has been waiting for over three months for an esophagogastroduodenoscopy (upper digestive endoscopy). Since March of this year, we have called to schedule the procedure, but the phone line keeps cutting out, making it impossible to get an appointment. Overall, the service is terrible.
