I started my orthodontic treatment at this clinic, and my experience was a complete disaster. I didn't even last four months due to the numerous problems that arose.

Three days after starting treatment, one of my brackets fell off, and the clinic showed no willingness to properly honor the warranty. In less than four months, five brackets came loose, demonstrating the poor quality of the procedure.

Furthermore, there were constant appointment delays, unjustified cancellations, and rescheduling without prior consultation with my availability. To make matters worse, the doctor who performed my treatment was removed from the clinic due to her poor practices, but I never received an explanation or a solution for the problems caused in my case.

I do not recommend this clinic. In just four months, I invested nearly one million pesos to receive a service marked by a lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and a complete lack of responsibility towards its patients.

Terrible service. First, they postponed my appointment seven days from the agreed-upon date, and if I hadn't contacted them, I wouldn't have known. It's true what many users say: they don't respect the appointment schedule, and you have to wait because of the large number of staff waiting. The doctor's speed is also so poor that it's uncomfortable to even ask her anything because of her obvious haste. Finally, one of my brackets came loose, and the administrative staff very politely refused to give me a timely appointment to correct it, claiming it would interfere with my scheduled follow-up appointment. Therefore, according to the clinic, I would have to wait 27 days for my next check-up due to a lack of availability. In my opinion, this is irresponsible, shows a lack of commitment, and demonstrates poor professional ethics. I say this based on my bad experience and dissatisfaction with this clinic.

I don't recommend them. They did a micro-design on my teeth, and they kept breaking over the smallest things. They don't use good quality resins; they're very cheap. I got tired of paying a fortune for the edges; it was very expensive. A year ago, I had my micro-design done elsewhere, and I haven't had a single break.
Another thing: my son had orthodontic treatment done as part of a package that included retainers. It was a real problem getting them to finish the treatment, which was already paid for, and they never gave him the retainers.
