A huge thanks to Oral Laser for the excellent service. I removed three very complicated wisdom teeth in less than an hour. I was initially opting for general anaesthesia, but they convinced me it wasn't necessary because of their expertise, and I followed their recommendation. Thanks again to all the staff.

On December 19th, I had an appointment with Dr. Sandra Ramirez. I chose this clinic because it projects the image of being a serious, respectful, and high-quality center. During the examination, I was informed that I had two cavities that required treatment. However, at the end of the appointment, after paying for a full X-ray and remaining in the office until nearly 1:00 p.m., I left without a clear treatment plan, an explanation of the next steps, or a timeline for addressing the identified problems.

The most disconcerting thing was that, at the end, the doctor asked me, "What do you expect from us?" when I had come expecting professional guidance, a clear diagnosis, and a concrete solution. I left with a bill for a surgical procedure that I'm not even sure I need, and without any clarity on when or how the cavities, which could become complicated, will be treated.

My experience was frustrating and generated more uncertainty than peace of mind. I believe that a service of this type should offer clarity, support, and a well-defined treatment plan from the outset.

Terrible service if you come in for an emergency. They make you wait and assign you a number, but if a private patient arrives, they see them first, making your wait even longer. The service is awful; they tell you that they won't be performing much at any given time. A terrible experience.

Paid cash in advance. waited a year to finalize my implant. 0 communication from them. Had to hire an intermediary to help with appointment scheduling instead of them setting the appointment. Saved a little money but it was not worth difficulty dealing with them Seems like there is no one in charge.
