They clean very quickly and don't even provide napkins. I went back again for a filling in a molar, and I've had sensitivity in that tooth for over a week now. I wrote to them saying it hurt so they could recommend some medication or maybe check it out. But they didn't care or just ignored me.

I won't be back, and I don't recommend it.

Time management and empathy with the patient are inconsistent. On several appointments, I've waited longer than scheduled, something one eventually accepts. However, when a patient faces a genuine emergency (in my case, I arrived 8 minutes late due to a traffic stop and notified them beforehand), there isn't the same understanding or a clear solution. No alternatives are offered; the burden is simply shifted to the patient, forcing them to wait until the end of the day. This lack of balance creates a negative experience and leaves the impression that flexibility only works one way. I hope they review their protocols and the human aspect of their service.
