The worst place to get medical exams. Over three hours for a single exam? You come with plenty of time to get out quickly, but even then, it's impossible. And don't even get me started on the facilities, which are practically unusable.

Good afternoon. I want to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Vanessa, the girl at the window. First of all, she arrived and didn't pay any attention to me, she was glued to her phone watching videos. Second, her service was extremely poor. Furthermore, this girl treats her coworkers terribly, calling them stupid and ignorant, saying they don't know anything, and the worst part is that she shouts it throughout the entire facility where thousands of people can hear. This girl shouldn't be working here; she clearly doesn't have the vocation. She's very rude and ill-mannered, and even worse with her coworkers, using incredibly offensive language towards them. She treats them terribly.

I wish to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received. During my experience, there was a high level of disorganization and excessive delays in the process.

Additionally, errors occurred in the recording of document numbers, which caused significant delays and hindered the proper processing of my request.

The wait time is far too long; they give you an arrival time but never attend to you at that time. They're incredibly slow with the entire service, and often people arrive later and are served first. The receptionists are also incredibly rude, constantly gossiping and laughing, and when you try to ask them something, they give you a nasty look and answer reluctantly.

A 3-hour wait without being served. Overcrowded place, poor facilities, uncomfortable, bad service. Promoters, temporary staff, and companies should consider these aspects; it makes the experience unpleasant. The service is terrible, awful, absolutely terrible.
