They open at 7am, the schedule is wrong.

Horrible service. They told me it would take 8 business days to get my lab results, and it's been a month and a week with no response. I've tried contacting them through every possible channel and haven't received any reply. The website won't let me see the results either, and when I ask them to fix the problem, I get no response. Save yourself the trouble of going there; the service is terrible.

They offer a private service that doesn't prioritize any specific clients.
The cashiers overcharge. The sample collection staff is not trained to collect samples from people with limited mobility.
They give you a specific time to pick up your results, but when you check, the labs aren't there.
They don't answer the phones at any time.
