I cannot recommend Naturalness highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely looked after and in very safe hands.

Dr Diana Galvis is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, honest and talented. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and created a treatment plan that achieved natural, beautiful results. I have had HarmonyCa, fillers, Dysport, Profhilo and Sculptra, and I am genuinely so happy with the outcome.

A special thank you to Sarita Gómez, who has been absolutely wonderful throughout. As an English speaker, she helped explain everything clearly, translated when needed, and made me feel comfortable and supported every step of the way. She is kind, caring and an absolute credit to the clinic.

The entire team is professional, warm and welcoming. The results have exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Naturalness to anyone considering aesthetic treatments. I will definitely be returning in the future.

WORST FACIAL: Super disappointed with my experience. I booked a deep cleansing facial and it was honestly one of the worst facials I’ve ever had. There was no music, the bright overhead lights stayed on the entire time, cold room, and there was zero sense of relaxation. The massage was awkward — she would touch my shoulder, stop, and then start again like she was distracted (maybe even texting). For what’s advertised as a high-end medspa, I expected so much more. There was no hydration, no real facial massage, and overall it felt completely rushed and impersonal. She left the room multiple times and it was still under an hour. You can find much better facials elsewhere for a fraction of the price.
