I've been here since 7:30 am and they haven't helped me... it's already 11:30 am. Horrible service.

The service was terrible. It took two hours just to register, and then you had to wait even longer to be called. The service for the exams was awful; they were incredibly slow at reception. I arrived at 8:00 and it took them 10:00 to register me, just to get inside, and then I had to wait even longer to be called for the exams. Besides, the place was packed, and people had to wait outside, in the hallway or on the benches in the shopping center.

They collect blood samples very well, excellent service, everything is very fast. The secretaries are lovely, I loved them. Excellent service, I recommend Margarita and Mariana, they are the best ♥️

Terrible service. My appointment was scheduled for 8:40 am, I arrived early at 8 am, it's 11 am and they haven't even done the first test yet... They don't see patients in order of arrival. I don't understand why they schedule appointments if they're not going to keep to them.

Terrible. They gave me an appointment for occupational health exams at 7:00 a.m., and it's 8:23 a.m. and they haven't even called me to schedule an appointment.
And when I ask, nobody answers. The service is awful.
