I had a good experience overall. The staff is very friendly and professional, and the place is clean and organized. There was a problem with the system, but that's normal, and the team managed to work around it.

The service here is extremely poor and expensive. I paid double what it costs to see a regular doctor, yet he gave me a two minute examination and his "prescription" was to send me four YouTube videos. Never taking the time to properly explain the diagnosis or treatment options. This is the most ridiculous and unprofessional doctor I have ever seen. The support staff are rude and bad tempered.

Customer service is terrible and extremely inefficient. You have to see four people before even speaking to a doctor; everything is incredibly slow and poorly managed.
