I don't know how much impact these comments have, but this place is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. This is where interventions are truly needed. It was so awful and degrading that they wouldn't even see me because the esteemed doctor had other appointments elsewhere, after leaving me waiting for over four hours. The anger and disappointment are indescribable, especially considering the name of the place. It's an outrage.

Terrible experience. I've been trying to contact them by phone since Friday, April 12th, and no one answers any of the lines. It's infuriating not being able to get any information.

Terrible service, full of incompetent people and facilities in very bad condition. When I arrived and took my turn, I had to approach the receptionist who was gossiping so that she would assign me an appointment; besides, they don't respect the order of service.

I understand the need to provide care during the pandemic, but they can't just leave those of us waiting for results hanging. They were supposed to open today, but they're not answering my landline, cell phone, or the many emails I've sent asking for my results electronically or another solution. Attend to what can be done virtually and don't ignore us as if we matter. It's not right!

They play with your time. How is it possible to get an appointment at 8 AM? I arrived at 6 AM and they didn't see me until 10 AM. The service is terrible.

On top of that, they never answer the phone, and you have to go to their office in person to get an appointment for another day.
