My experience during the occupational health exam was unsatisfactory. The professional made repeated comments about my physical appearance in a way that I found uncomfortable and unprofessional. Even after I told him that this was not the appropriate way to communicate such observations, he continued making them.

I understand that an occupational health exam involves evaluating the patient's health status, but this information should be conveyed with respect, empathy, and professionalism, without making unnecessary comments or comments that make the person being evaluated feel uncomfortable.

I hope you can review these types of situations and strengthen the humane treatment of patients.

The place was very slow, plus I was seen by a doctor who was drinking beer and it was a horrible experience. I felt like I wasn't being treated by a healthcare professional, and I felt unsafe with the doctor at that moment.

The service is extremely slow, and if you have an appointment through your company, it's even slower. The queues are confusing; it's all the same, just with different colors. It's a place where you could easily waste the whole day.

The service is extremely slow and poor, and the receptionists are rude. The place is far too small to allow for proper social distancing, and the disorganization is absurd. I had an appointment at 9:15, arrived at 8:50, and was given a 9:30 appointment, which I then had to ask for. I finally left at 12:30.

This laboratory (IPS) is administering the COVID-19 vaccine. There are a moderate number of people, but they are following strict protocols to prevent contact and potential infection.
The staff is friendly and maintains the highest standards to ensure their patients feel comfortable and at ease. I personally work with staff from Salud Total EPS, and I know they work with staff from several other health insurance providers as well.
They are open from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Sunday.
