My experience with Silvio Laboratory was very negative. The results took more than three weeks to arrive, with no clear or timely communication. During that time, I tried to contact them by phone and WhatsApp repeatedly, but most of the time they didn't answer.

When I finally managed to get through, they told me the equipment was broken and that I had to keep waiting, without offering any solutions or alternatives. Furthermore, the service was dismissive and unfriendly.

Overall, the experience was poor in both service and customer support. I would not recommend them.

Terrible service!!! They said they would arrive at my residence at 7:30 am, but they didn't arrive until 10:30 am. They sent the results to a number I don't recognize. What kind of service do they offer?! But I imagine they charged the full amount to the policy... shameless! I don't recommend this place.

The service they provide is excellent and very comprehensive, the human quality of the professionals who attend there and the best part is the home service, the efficiency and the timely delivery of the reports.

I don't recommend this lab. We had several blood tests done, and they told us the results would be ready in 10 days. When they didn't arrive after 12 days, we went back to inquire, and they told us one of the results was faulty and had to be repeated. Therefore, we had to cancel our doctor's appointment to receive the results. I don't think it's right that they don't call you to let you know you need to repeat the test. Today, when we went back to get them repeated, no one knew which test was faulty. The service was very slow while they tried to figure it out. Another issue was that they gave us a quote for one price, but when we went to get the tests done, they gave us a different price. Although they honored the quoted price, we had a very bad experience. Therefore, I don't recommend them.

I visited this lab. to have the Covid test prior traveling to the US, paid around US $ 30, very friendly staff, results in 15 minutes, highly recommended
