Laboratorio Bolivar

Laboratorio Bolivar is a clinical laboratory in Bucaramanga, located in the Cabecera district at the Medicos San Pio medical building on Carrera 34. Extremely slow to respond to calls, via WhatsApp, and "no server" for more than 4 hours.

What I liked most was the precision with which they handled each procedure. The sample collection was performed with great skill and without any discomfort. Furthermore, they use modern technology, which gave me a lot of confidence in the reliability of the results.

Very upset with the 6th floor. I went to drop off a sample at 8:55 a.m., along with three other people. The receptionist spent 15 minutes visiting a coworker, counting personal money, and getting her snack, knowing we were waiting. Then she went into the lab and took another 15 minutes calling the assistant, who reluctantly came out to help us. This is the first time this has happened in the 15 years I've been coming here, and it reflects very poorly on the institution, which has always been known for its good service. Please install a complaint box; there's only a drawer.
