Today I went to some entrance exams and it was a nightmare. It took them two hours to enter my information; unfortunately, their customer service logistics are very poor. In contrast, they were efficient when administering all the medical exams.

I dare say this IPS (Health Service Provider) is vying to be the worst in the city; the service is so appalling, and the staff's slowness and inefficiency are astounding.

The building staff won't let you inside the shopping arcade and are very rude to visitors. If you're there for work or health reasons, they won't let you bring a companion, so you have to wait outside the arcade. No companions are allowed inside the shopping arcade.
