Excellent service, highly recommended. I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy, and the staff were very kind and careful. The service was excellent and fast overall. The biopsy results arrived by email earlier than expected and were very helpful.

Special thanks to the gastroenterologist who treated me, Cláudia Patrícia, the anesthesiologist, and the assistants who were always very attentive. 🥰

I want to express my frustration because last Thursday, May 21st, I had a pH monitoring test done. The service was very slow. The next day, they removed the recorder and probe without any problem, but since Saturday, May 23rd, I've had a terrible allergic reaction on part of my neck, collarbone, and chest, all on the left side, where the strap for the recorder goes. They clearly don't disinfect the recorder strap. I'm feeling very unwell and extremely uncomfortable because the rash is incredibly itchy.

What can I do?

The best!! Honestly, all the staff are so kind. They explained absolutely everything to me, and the sedation was so perfect I thought they hadn't even done anything, haha. Thank you so much for doing this job, which raises so many questions. But with professionals like yours, everything becomes very calm. Highly recommended!!

I wish to express my dissatisfaction with the care I received at my medical appointment yesterday at La Carolina Medical IPS.

The appointment was extremely brief, lasting only five to ten minutes, and the evaluation was limited solely to an abdominal palpation, without any additional tests or proper follow-up. This type of care does not meet the expected standards.

Given that I did not receive a proper diagnosis or satisfactory care, I formally request a refund of the amount paid for the appointment, as the expected service was not provided.

Not recommended at all.
