I requested a quote, business hours, and information about occupational health exams, and they gave me all the wrong information. I went to the location, but they couldn't help me. They didn't offer any solution, and I definitely wasted my trip.

The reception staff are excellent when you first arrive, but there are huge delays when you call the doctors' offices. They're very disorganized; you arrive early and they attend to those who arrive later, which is disrespectful to the patients. They should improve that aspect.

The staff who attend to you are very friendly, they attend to you quickly, but I feel that it is very disorganized when calling patients. In my experience, on repeated occasions, two doctors called me at the same time, and when I didn't go where one doctor was calling me, they left me until last.
