Incodol – Instituto Colombiano del Dolor is a healthcare institution in Medellín, Colombia, specialising in pain management and related medical care. It is licensed as an IPS (healthcare provider) in Colombia and runs a call centre for appointments, with locations that include a site at Centro Comercial Mayorca in the metropolitan area. Alongside its pain-medicine focus, its listed services span hospitalisation and intensive-care capacity, dentistry (Incodol Odontología), and preventive and family-health programs such as prenatal care, growth-and-development follow-up and vaccination. The website is available in English and Spanish. Chronic and interventional pain management is a recognised specialty, and Medellín’s clinics increasingly serve patients from abroad. International patients should confirm the specific treatments, specialists and pricing relevant to their needs directly with the institute before travelling. To ask about services or arrange an appointment, use the Call or WhatsApp buttons on this page.
This office should be closed but obviously nobody is paying attention. The customer service is non-existent - it's like a zoo where all the cages are open. Complete waste of time for people that are seeking health care.
If you treasure any bit of your health or life, do not go here. Natalia Florez completely messed up a standard ELECTIVE cholecystectomy (gallbladder removal) as she failed to examine the anatomy while in surgery. The patient, my aunt, had bile leaking into her abdomen which resulted in many complications. This led to another procedure performed by another doctor who had to clean up her mess. My aunt has now contracted more illnesses and has been placed on oxygen. Now that she is semi stable and needs her postoperative appointment, which every patient should have a right to, the office is refusing to see her in a timely manner. She lost her original postoperative appointment due to being HOSPITALIZED because of her “elective” surgery. Ideally, logically speaking, the postoperative appointment should’ve been rescheduled. But they are refusing to see her. Now she is risking her incisions getting infected because they refuse to see her. To say the least, legal action will be taken.
