On June 26th of this year, I had my ultrasound appointment at 10:50 (it was a private appointment). I arrived at 8:30, inquired, and was told I could go to the check-in desk right away so they could see me faster. It turned out that it was 11:55 and they finally attended to me. My only complaint is that I waited so long. Because anywhere else I arrive late, they don't see me.

The information I received from the person who told me that an endoscopy with or without a biopsy wouldn't be performed under sedation was not helpful. I asked why, since I had been sedated for the previous exam, and they told me that if I wanted that service, I should look for a tertiary care center. Very rude. One can ask questions, and they told me it was a special case. I believe one has the right to accurate information, even if one is a Savia Salud provider. This is more than an opinion; it's a complaint. To whomever it may concern... since I don't have the name of the person behind the chat, thank you very much for your attention.

The worst place I've ever been. I took my partner for an ultrasound, referred by our health insurance provider, and we had to wait over an hour and a half to be called. This was due to the negligence of the woman working at one of the stations. We arrived 15 minutes early, and they even let people who arrived after us go first. It wasn't until we complained that we were finally seen by the doctor. When we entered the office, the doctor refused to perform the ultrasound and was extremely rude, subtly calling us ignorant. Apparently, this place also offers private ultrasounds. If so, save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else.

The Good
Clean and comfortable facilities
A good number of chairs
Good service from everyone, even the man who hands out the tickets
Clean and well-stocked restrooms
My appointment was at 10:20 and I left at 11:29; an hour seems like a very good amount of time
Although I hadn't been told about needing a copy of my ID, they made it for me right there for 300 pesos
They inform the customer about the procedures

The Bad

Its location doesn't allow for parking outside; you have to look for a parking lot nearby, and we all know that parking downtown is a real hassle
