The service is very good, but they are very slow to attend to you; the doctors arrived late, but if you arrive late you lose your appointment.

They give you an appointment time, then say it's first come, first served, you go in, pay the co-payment, and the person doing the exam doesn't arrive on time and wastes everyone's time, whether it's through EPS or private insurance.

Terrible service. The customer service is extremely poor. It's clear they're not trained in customer service; they're not diligent and don't help resolve requests even when they can. They're known for ignoring and omitting requests, and they operate in an outdated way.

Their service is garbage. If you want to waste your time and get stressed, go there.

Terrible service. They have a security guard at the door who acts like he owns the place, and he's incredibly rude. The receptionists are incompetent; they put a message on the appointment confirmation saying you need two companions, but when they arrive, they don't let you in. You can't record the ultrasounds. It's the worst ultrasound service I've ever seen. There aren't enough chairs for people who, because of their incompetence, have to sit outside on a low wall outside the building, putting themselves at risk.

Awful, absolutely terrible service.

The renovation turned out very well. The cleanliness is excellent, spotless. The service is excellent. My only complaint is the phone service, which they don't answer. It's very difficult to get in touch with this company.
