Good service, although the day I went the system crashed for a moment, but as soon as the system was back up they expedited the service.

It's a good and well-regarded service, but this time I went through the EPS (health insurance provider) and they told me to pay directly at the EPS and bring a physical receipt… So… Use technology because the user has to do more and the information isn't clear.

What a disaster the customer service on this site is! I spent three days trying to book an appointment and it was impossible. The phone line doesn't work, and on WhatsApp the person who answers ends the session whenever they feel like it, and the chatbot is terribly programmed.

The service is terrible. If you're a private patient and paid of your own free will, please don't come. If they gave you a time for your appointment, be prepared to wait at least two hours longer than agreed. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIND ANOTHER PLACE.

Not to mention that the cleaning staff sweeps and picks up trash right over you.

Whenever I go to the lab on Sundays, it's a nightmare.

They say the system is down and call people in without order of arrival.
The last two times I went there for a test that required fasting, I almost lost my fast because it took them over two hours to see me (it was their fault).

And for a regular lab today, they took a full hour to call people in, even though there were fewer than 10 people waiting in the waiting room.
The staff is rude, saying they're short-staffed and tired, they don't listen, they just talk for the sake of talking. Terrible service. If they don't want to work on Sundays, they shouldn't be open.
